Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your quip pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging, if possible, and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
